Accessing POC Manager

Login Page

  1. Navigate to your POC Manager URL (provided by your administrator)
  2. You'll see the login page with:
  3. Email address field
  4. Password field
  5. Sign in button

Signing In

Login Steps

  1. Enter your email address
  2. Enter your password
  3. Click Sign in
  4. You'll be redirected to the dashboard

First Time Login

If this is your first time logging in:

  1. You should have received an invitation email with your credentials
  2. Use the temporary password provided
  3. After first login, you may be prompted to change your password

Troubleshooting Login Issues

Incorrect Credentials

Login Failed

If you see "Login failed" or "Invalid credentials":

  • Double-check your email address for typos
  • Ensure CAPS LOCK is not enabled
  • Verify you're using the correct password
  • Contact your tenant administrator if issues persist

Account Not Active

If your account is not active:

  • Contact your tenant administrator
  • They may need to activate your account
  • Check your email for any activation links

Forgotten Password

Password Recovery

Currently, password resets must be handled by:

  • Your tenant administrator (for regular users)
  • Platform administrator (for tenant admins)

Contact them to reset your password.

Security Best Practices

Strong Passwords

Create a strong password that:

  • Is at least 8 characters long
  • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Includes numbers and special characters
  • Is unique to POC Manager (don't reuse passwords)

Session Management

  • Your session remains active while you're using the application
  • You'll be automatically logged out after extended inactivity
  • Always log out when using shared computers
